The candidate pipeline gives you a single, organized view of everyone who has applied to a job, sorted by the stage they're in. With AI screening built in, you can quickly spot the strongest candidates, move people forward, and keep your whole hiring team aligned.
How It Works
•Applicants are grouped into clear stages — such as screening, technical deep-dive, culture & values, and final round — so you always know where each person stands.
•AI screening scores each applicant against your job criteria and surfaces explainable signals, so you can see why a candidate ranks high or low.
•A configurable score threshold automatically flags qualified candidates for the next step.
•You can open any candidate to view their resume, application responses, assessment results, and scorecards in one place.
•Actions like sending an assessment, scheduling an interview, or advancing a candidate are available directly from the pipeline.
Steps
1.Open the Dashboard sidebar and select Pipeline, or open a specific job and switch to its pipeline view.
2.Choose the job whose applicants you want to review from the jobs list.
3.Scan the stage columns to see how many candidates are in each step and review their AI screening scores.
4.Click a candidate card to open their full profile, including resume, application answers, and screening signals.
5.Move qualified candidates forward by sending an assessment, scheduling an interview, or advancing them to the next stage.
6.Repeat as new applications arrive until you reach a final hiring decision and offer.
Pipeline Stages and Statuses
Stage / Status
What it means
Screening
New applicants being scored by AI against your job criteria and threshold.
Technical deep-dive
Candidates being evaluated on role-specific skills, often via assessment or interview.
Culture & values
Candidates assessed for fit with your team and company values.
Final / Bar raiser
Final-round review before making an offer decision.
Assessment sent
A timed written assessment has been issued and is awaiting completion.
Tips & Notes
•Adjust your screening score threshold on the job's automation settings to control how many candidates are auto-flagged as qualified.
•Use the explainable screening signals to justify decisions and keep your hiring fair and consistent.
•Viewers with read-only access can review the pipeline but cannot move candidates or send assessments.
Review your pipeline regularly so qualified candidates don't sit waiting — fast follow-up keeps top talent engaged.
AI screening scores are decision aids, not final verdicts. Always combine them with your own review of the candidate's profile.
Troubleshooting
•No candidates showing? Make sure the job is published and that you've shared the apply link so applicants can submit.
•Missing AI scores? Confirm screening automation is enabled in the job's settings; scoring runs shortly after an application is received.
•Can't move a candidate forward? Check that your role has edit access — read-only viewers cannot change stages.
•Too many or too few candidates flagged? Tune the score threshold in the job's automation settings to better match your criteria.
