Completing Guided Onboarding
Guided onboarding walks you through everything needed to get your hiring workspace ready — from setting up your company profile to posting your first job. Completing it ensures your team, branding, and pipeline are configured correctly before you start receiving candidates.
How It Works
•A step-by-step flow guides you through each setup task in order, so nothing important gets missed.
•You create your company profile with a logo, name, description, and Hire DNA that shapes how candidates are evaluated.
•You choose a subscription plan that matches your hiring volume and team size.
•You set up your first workspace to organize jobs and projects in one place.
•You can invite team members and create your first job posting directly from the flow.
Steps
1.Sign up or log in to your account to start the onboarding flow.
2.Create your company profile by adding your logo, company name, an "about" description, and your Hire DNA.
3.Select a subscription plan that fits your hiring needs.
4.Set up your first workspace to group related jobs and projects.
5.Invite your hiring team and assign roles so everyone can collaborate.
6.Create your first job posting to complete onboarding and land on your dashboard.
Onboarding Stages
Stage | What You Do | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
Company Profile | Add logo, name, about, and Hire DNA | Branding appears on apply links and shapes AI evaluation |
Subscription Plan | Pick a plan | Unlocks features and capacity for your team |
Workspace | Create your first workspace | Organizes jobs and projects in one place |
Team & First Job | Invite members and post a job | Gets your pipeline live and ready for applicants |
Tips & Notes
•Spend extra care on your Hire DNA — it influences how candidates are screened and scored across every job.
•You can invite team members later from Company Settings if you prefer to start solo.
•A clear company logo and description improve the experience candidates see on your branded apply links.
You can revisit and update your company profile, plan, and workspace settings at any time after onboarding.
Choosing a plan during onboarding determines available capacity, but you can upgrade or change plans later from billing settings.
Troubleshooting
•If the flow won't advance, make sure all required fields in the current step (such as company name or logo) are filled in.
•If you don't see a plan that fits, check the Pricing page or contact support to explore options before continuing.
•If team invites aren't received, confirm the email addresses are correct and ask members to check spam folders.
•If onboarding seems stuck after creating your first job, refresh and return to your dashboard, where setup will continue.
