Your subscription plan determines how many jobs you can run, the AI features you can use, and how large your hiring team can grow. Choosing the right plan ensures your workspace has the capacity and tools to match your hiring needs without paying for more than you need.
How It Works
•Each plan unlocks a different set of capabilities, such as AI screening, assessments, interview scheduling, and analytics.
•Plans set limits on the number of active jobs, team members, and workspaces you can manage at once.
•You select or change a plan from within your company settings as part of onboarding or at any time afterward.
•Billing is handled securely through the payment processor, and your card details are tokenised rather than stored.
•You can upgrade, downgrade, or add one-time top-ups as your hiring volume changes.
Steps
1.Sign in and open your company settings, then go to the subscription or plans section.
2.Review the available plans and compare features, limits, and pricing side by side.
3.Select the plan that matches your expected hiring volume and team size.
4.Enter your billing contact and payment details when prompted.
5.Confirm your selection to activate the plan and unlock its features in your workspace.
What to Compare Between Plans
Consideration
What to Look For
Active jobs
How many open positions you can post and run at the same time.
Team members
The number of recruiters, hiring managers, and viewers you can invite.
AI features
Access to AI screening, assessments, and the AI Recruiter bot.
Workspaces
How many separate workspaces you can organize jobs into.
Billing cycle
Whether the plan is billed monthly or annually, and any top-up options.
Tips & Notes
•If you're just getting started, choose a smaller plan and upgrade later as your hiring picks up.
•Annual billing often costs less over time than paying month to month.
•One-time top-up purchases let you handle a temporary spike without committing to a higher tier.
Only the Company Owner can select or change a subscription plan and manage billing details.
Downgrading to a smaller plan may restrict access if you currently exceed its limits for active jobs or team members. Reduce usage before downgrading.
Troubleshooting
•Don't see the plan options? Make sure you're signed in as the Company Owner and viewing the subscription section in company settings.
•Payment declined? Verify your card details and billing country, then try again or use a different payment method.
•A feature is locked after selecting a plan? Confirm the feature is included in your tier, and allow a moment for the change to apply across your workspace.
•Can't downgrade? Check whether your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits and reduce active jobs or team members first.
