Viewing My Jobs
My Jobs gives you a focused view of every job posting assigned to you, so you can jump straight to the roles you're responsible for without scrolling through your company's entire job list. It's the fastest way to track where each of your openings stands and pick up where you left off.
How It Works
•Shows only the jobs you've been assigned to, filtered from your company's full job collection.
•Displays each job's current status, such as active, draft, pending approval, or closed.
•Surfaces key details at a glance, including title, department, location type, and experience level.
•Links directly into each job's pipeline so you can review applicants, assessments, and interviews.
•Updates automatically as roles are published, shared, or moved through hiring stages.
Steps
1.Open your dashboard and select My Jobs from the sidebar.
2.Review the list of jobs assigned to you and check the status label on each one.
3.Use the search or filters to narrow by status, department, or keyword if your list is long.
4.Click a job to open its overview and pipeline of candidates.
5.From there, share the apply link, review applicants, or move candidates forward as needed.
Job Statuses You May See
Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
Active | The job is published and accepting applications through its apply link. |
Draft | The job is still being built and is not yet visible to candidates. |
Pending Approval | The job is awaiting review before it can go live. |
Closed | The job is no longer accepting applications and hiring has wrapped up. |
Tips & Notes
•If a job you expect to see is missing, confirm you've been assigned to it — only assigned roles appear here.
•Use the Jobs view in the sidebar instead if you need to see every role across your company, not just yours.
•Pin your most active roles by checking their status often so candidates never wait between stages.
My Jobs reflects assignments made by your company owner or a recruiter. Ask a teammate to add you to a role if you need access.
Open a job directly into its pipeline to review newly screened applicants without extra clicks.
Troubleshooting
•List appears empty: You may not be assigned to any jobs yet — ask an admin to assign you to a role.
•A job is missing: Verify you're signed in with the same email used for your assignment, and refresh the page.
•Can't edit a job: Viewer access is read-only; request recruiter permissions to make changes.
•Status looks outdated: Refresh your dashboard, as labels update once a job is published, approved, or closed.
