Publishing and Sharing Apply Links
Once a job is ready, publishing it makes the role active and generates a branded public apply link you can share with candidates anywhere. This link lets applicants view the job overview and submit their application directly into your hiring pipeline.
How It Works
•Publishing a job changes its status to active and creates a unique, branded public apply link.
•The apply link opens a candidate-facing page showing your company branding, the job overview, and the application form.
•Candidates who apply through the link flow straight into your pipeline for AI screening and review.
•You can share the same link across job boards, email, social media, and your careers page.
•Active jobs also appear when candidates browse your company's open positions.
Steps
1.Open the Jobs section from the dashboard sidebar and select the job you want to publish.
2.Confirm the job details, description, and application form are complete and accurate.
3.Click Publish to set the job status to active and generate the public apply link.
4.Copy the apply link from the job page using the share or copy option.
5.Share the link with candidates by posting it to job boards, sending emails, or adding it to your careers page.
6.Monitor incoming applications in the job's pipeline view as candidates apply.
Job Statuses

Tips & Notes
•Review your screening automation and scoring weights before publishing so qualified applicants are surfaced correctly from the first application.
•The apply link stays the same for the life of the job, so you can reuse it across multiple channels without regenerating it.
•Closing a job deactivates its apply link, which prevents new candidates from applying.
Add the apply link to your company careers page and major job boards to maximize reach — every application lands in the same pipeline regardless of source.
A job must reach active status before its apply link works. Links for draft or pending jobs will not open the application form.
Troubleshooting
•No apply link appears: confirm the job is published and showing an active status — links are only generated for active jobs.
•Candidates report the link doesn't work: check whether the job has been closed, which deactivates the link.
•Publish button is unavailable: make sure required job details, the description, and the application form are all complete.
•Applications aren't reaching the pipeline: verify the link points to the correct job and that the job is still active.
