Your company profile is the foundation of your UpStella workspace. It establishes your brand on job postings and apply pages, captures the values that guide your hiring, and unlocks the tools you'll use to attract and assess candidates. Setting it up properly ensures every job you publish looks professional and reflects who you are as an employer.
How It Works
•Sign up with your work email or a connected account such as Google or Microsoft 365 to start your workspace.
•Add your company name, logo, and an "About" description that appears on your branded apply pages.
•Define your Hire DNA — the values and qualities that shape how candidates are evaluated across roles.
•Your branding carries through to job listings, candidate-facing pages, and outgoing communications.
•Once your profile is set, you can choose a subscription plan, set up a workspace, and create your first job.
Steps
1.Sign up or log in to UpStella using your email or a connected sign-in option.
2.When prompted, choose to create a new company profile.
3.Upload your company logo and enter your company name.
4.Write a short "About" description that introduces your company to candidates.
5.Define your Hire DNA by adding the values and traits you look for in great hires.
6.Save your profile, then continue to select a subscription plan and set up your workspace.

Tips & Notes
•Use a clear, high-resolution logo so it looks crisp on apply pages and in candidate emails.
•Keep your "About" text concise and candidate-focused — highlight what makes your company a great place to work.
•A well-defined Hire DNA helps the platform align screening and scorecards with what you actually care about.
You can update your company name, logo, About, and Hire DNA anytime from Company Settings as your brand evolves.
As a Company Owner, you control branding, plans, team members, and ownership. Other roles can be invited later to help manage hiring.
Troubleshooting
•Logo won't upload: confirm the image is a standard format and a reasonable file size, then try again.
•Can't continue past the profile step: make sure your company name is filled in, as it is required.
•Changes aren't appearing on apply pages: save the profile and refresh; updates can take a moment to propagate.
•Sign-in issues during setup: ensure you're using the same email or connected account you started with.
